This moves SMD components out of the way of a potential unexperienced
solderers solder tip wherever possible. Additionally the flawed
"universal" footprint for the On-Off-On toggle switch ("MODE") has been
hopefully fixed to allow use with 2.54 mm lead spaced switches as well
